Deposit and Withdrawal

How to make a deposit?

You can fund your account by transferring funds from your bank account. We do not accept cheque or cash deposits. Please ensure that any payment you make to fund your account is from a card or account in your name. Any payment from third-party sources will be returned.

How to make a withdrawal?

You can contact our customer service team by email cs@gthfx.com to withdraw fund from your account. Please be aware that for your protection, we may request additional information and/or proof of identity before processing the withdrawal request. We do not transfer funds to a third-party account so please ensure that the bank account is in your name.

YPlease Note: Normally, no withdrawal fee will be charged except the following scenario: if more than 50% of the deposit has never been used for placing orders, an administration fee (6% of the withdrawal amount) will be charged.

Our services are not available to residents or citizens of United States and New Zealand. Golden Tangent has suspended accepting new business until it has re-registered in New Zealand. We hope to resume operations very shortly.
